In the early 90’s, he co-founded Harmon, Davis & Keys Co., L.P.A. (now Harmon, Davis & Associates), which grew to become Cincinnati’s largest minority-owned law firm by the time he left to pursue judicial politics.  

He then elevated his litigation skills to another level when he affiliated with the Cincinnati Office of Thompson Hine & Flory (now Thompson Hine), a Cleveland-based corporate transaction and litigation firm of over 350 attorneys.  There he refined and strengthened his litigation skills working with the firm’s highly acclaimed team of litigation attorneys, representing major corporate clients such as Philips (halogen bulb), Omnicare, Cincinnati Milacron, Bigg’s, TransAmerica Corporation, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. 

In 1998, Mr. Keys opened his present law office in southeastern Butler County, Ohio.   His practice is focused on serving both new and existing business clients, as well as providing estate planning services for the business executive and his/her family.  He has earned the respect and appreciation of his clients for his professionalism and personal attention to their legal needs, as well as his proven track record of delivering successful results.
