Attorney James G. Keys, Jr. established his law practice in 1976, and is celebrating 32 years of service to clients in greater Cincinnati and the tri-state region.  He spent the early years of his practice handling hundreds of criminal defense matters, including first-degree felonies and murder trials.  He also began his civil practice early on, by engaging in civil tort litigation and many jury trials.

Mr. Keys served on the bench for over four years as a magistrate/referee in the Domestic Relations Court of Hamilton County, Ohio, where he gained valuable courtroom experience adjudicating hundreds of divorce, custody, visitation and complex property cases in what is generally regarded as the busiest court in the entire tri-state region.    As a result, Attorney Keys has extensive experience representing clients with significant assets and complex financial issues.

Twice during the 1990's, he demonstrated his willingness to serve in elected public office by mounting judicial campaigns in Hamilton County.  The incumbent judges re-elected in those campaigns remained esteemed colleagues and friends of his throughout their judicial careers.
